It is a Japanese oven that allows you to cook over charcoal with oak charcoal to achieve healthier and more sustainable dishes, since its use eliminates fat and saves energy.

We offer a daily menu with products from km 0, grilled meat and fish with a smoky touch from the kamado oven and some special rice. The dessert is homemade and surprises with its combination of flavors and textures.
