The Miguelete of Valencia is located next to the Cathedral, since it is the bell tower of the latter. It owes its name to the main bell, Miguel, one of the eleven bells of this Gothic style bell tower.
It was made between 1381 and 1424 by the architect Andrés Juliá among others. It has three floors and is octagonal in shape. It has a height of 50.85 meters towards the sky. For many years it was the highest point in the city and, although now it is no longer, from its terrace you can see the entire city.
A bulrush from the 18th century crowns the Miguelete.
